Deputy Head of Service Department (M/F/D)

Your tasks:

  • Telephone order acceptance for service work and repairs
  • Scheduling our service technicians and fitters
  • Acquiring new customers and looking after our existing customers
  • Providing service advice to our customers

Your strengths:

  • Successfully completed commercial/technical training or a comparable qualification/study programme
  • Specialised professional experience, ideally in the area of service
  • Commitment, flexibility and assertiveness
  • Strong organisational talent and team orientation
  • Very good communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Confident working in an ERP ERP system and with Microsoft Office
