Strategic and Operational Purchasing (m/f/d)
Purchasing components for biogas plants, pump technology and separators – sounds good? It gets even better!
Your responsibilities:
- Obtaining quotations and preparing qualified quotation comparisons with recommendations for action
- Negotiating quotations with regard to prices, delivery and payment terms
- Creating orders, tracking deliveries, checking delivered goods and checking incoming invoices
- Analysing requirements and planning the necessary materials (monitoring stock levels) or services
- Searching for, selecting, evaluating and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Processing complaints and reminders
- Expansion and monitoring of purchasing-related master data in the ERP system
- Continuous optimisation of purchasing processes and creation of the necessary KPIs
- Close cooperation with the logistics, production, R&D, work planning and financial accounting departments
Your profile:
- Completed degree in business administration/industrial engineering, vocational training as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification
- Experience in strategic/operational purchasing is desirable
- Assertive personality with quick comprehension, strong negotiating skills and a goal-oriented, independent way of working
- Confident use of ERP systems and common MS Office programmes
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Ability to work in a team
