Controller/Pricing Specialist (m/f/d)
specialising in pricing/production controlling

Your tasks:

  • Establishment, further development and application of costing systems and implementation of ongoing sales, performance and cost analyses
  • Determination of cost rates for calculations (product price calculations, post-calculations, project calculations, transfer prices, etc.) in order to ultimately ensure greater profitability of the company's products and services
  • General further development of key performance indicator systems as well as implementation and improvement of planning processes and responsibility for ongoing cost control and derivation of recommendations for action
  • In your role, you will also be responsible for preparing/analysing the monthly business evaluation
  • In addition to the conception and further development of accounting systems (bonuses, premiums, etc.), you will also be responsible for inventory and stock valuation

Your strengths:

  • Completed studies in business administration or a related field with a focus on finance/controlling
  • Experience in Finance & Controlling, ideally in an industrial company
  • Expertise in pricing based on production cost calculation
  • Understanding of business administration and cost-conscious behaviour
  • Quick comprehension for analysing existing processes, deriving optimisation measures and implementing these in a targeted manner
  • Hands-on mentality, analytical and independent way of working
  • Sense of responsibility and sparring partner for management and management team
  • Confident demeanour, integration and communication skills as well as empathy
  • Sound knowledge of Excel incl. Pivot and ideally know-how to digitise the results in the company
